Join Amie Heeter for her 10th annual spring meditation and yoga retreat. Retreats are an invitation to dive deep, intentionally, into a place that supports the opportunity to see inside and listen. An opportunity that nourishes us, and can sustain us for the months ahead as we engage with our work, relationships, and life in the everyday, which is so different these last 9 months.

We will draw from the well of contemplative wisdom and yogic practices as the catalyst for this nourishment, and for this heart quenching connection we all need. Winter’s dark and cold can leave us devoid of energy, with an accumulation of inertia and malaise. Add what we are experiencing as a collective, creating space and help processing all we’ve endured this past year is essential to move forward. We will harness this seasonal transition of winter to spring and utilize tools to vitalize, clear, empower, and inspire. Our days will include breath centered slow-flow yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, writing, reflection, and group discussion- as well as time in between to assimilate the gifts of these practices. Some yoga experience required, open to all levels of practitioners.
